Management Team

Javey de Venecia
President

Javey is the President of Eximius BPO and, together with his team, is responsible for overall operations, business development and service delivery.  Javey is well-versed in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. He previously served as Vice-President for Athena e-Services, a company specializing in outsourced IT and Business Process services. 

At Athena, he was responsible for all operations, including production, human resource, finance, administration, quality assurance and IT support.  He also charted the company’s strategic direction.  Javey was instrumental in growing the company, both in terms of profitability and in size, from 50 employees when he joined to over 800 employees when he left. Together with his team, Javey established the processes, organizational structure and corporate culture that enabled the company to achieve this phenomenal growth. 

Javey’s previous experience in other multinational companies in the US, Europe and Asia has given him significant exposure to various service industries and the ability to deal with cross-cultural business issues.

Javey has a MBA from the London Business School and a Business Administration Degree from Santa Clara University.        

 

 

 

 

Maite Lucas
Operations Manager

Maite has over 7 years of managing lease abstracting and document management services.  Maite was previously Project Manager for Lease Abstracting for a litigation support company. She was the head of the lease abstracting organization.  She was chosen to lead the group because of her performance and management potential. She led the team and was instrumental in growing the practice from 15 people to 150. Maite has a BS Degree in Biology from Far Eastern University.

 

 



Our Analysts

All our employees are college graduates with excellent quantitative and English reading and writing skills.  All have gone through our stringent hiring process and training program.  We conduct psychological and aptitude testing as well as reference checks on all candidates. Candidates who pass our pre-employment exams must also pass a thirty (30) day training class. The training class gives us extensive working experience with a candidate before they are allowed to work on client data. We are selective and accept approximately 10% of the applicant pool to our training class and only 50% of a typical 20 person training class.
